Metaphor: Weight, wait, new planet, old muscle, the log holding, heat routing down.
To the person: The part that fights the chair, the planet, the day — and calls the fight character.
How it generates change: Notice the weight. Let the chair hold you. New gravity makes old muscle look like leaping. Wait becomes a physical skill, not a moral one.
