Metaphor: A force that rejoins without a treaty, that can be taught to turn, that is the same at six feet and a hundred floors.
To the person: The part that wants a signed confluence before it will move, and the part that keeps digging two channels.
How it generates change: Continuing, not steering. Two lives, two waters, two halls — same current. Leave one river engineer open so the current keeps working after the talk ends.
